My best friends, Jan and Michelle, threw the most wonderful baby shower for me last weekend!  Michelle hosted it at her beautiful home.  I promised my doctor I would stay seated, which I did (most of the time).  A chair was set aside just for me with a sign in it that said “V.I.P. Seating (Very Important Parent)”  They went above and beyond for me and the little guy.  Just check out all the details!  The wreath on the front door was made out of newborn diapers.  The shower was airplane themed and all “boy”.  His initials will be “BCM” which is where they got BCM Airlines from.  The flight handbook you see in one of the pictures was a handbook for the games that we played.  Isn’t that creative?  You may even notice his name in one of the banners   I am so lucky to have such close friends in my life.  They really know how to make me feel special!  And thanks to my sister, Jenn, for taking the pictures.

It was a little strange seeing all the blue and getting boy things.  I’ve been surrounded by so much pink the last two years, I’m still getting used to the blue.  But I love it!  I got some wonderful gifts from friends and family and we had a great time eating yummy food, playing games, and catching up.  I think everyone enjoyed themselves.  Thank you so much for all of those that came!  It meant the world to me!
