Ashley and I worked on our gingerbread house this week!  I set it up on her little table so she would have easy access to help me decorate and then cranked up the Christmas tunes.  She was doing good until she realized that the white stuff was icing!  So as I was working on one side of the roof, she was on the other side running her fingers through the icing and eating it!  hehe  She also thought it was fun to eat the marshmallows and M&M’s as she was decorating.  She would put one on the house and one in her mouth.  Nice strategy!  The boys even stayed close by to grab up any scraps that fell to the ground.

It was a lot of fun!  Now every morning when she comes downstairs she points to our little gingerbread house in the kitchen and gets excited.  I love creating these memories with her!
