Ashley has a big announcement to make that we were going to get on video.  But we all know how it goes when you try to get something on demand from a toddler…it never happens.  So you’ll just have to hear it from me.  I bet you can guess what it is though

Ashley is going to be a BIG sister!!  We are so excited!  Our due date is March 16, 2012.  So they will be about two and a half years apart.  And in a couple of weeks we will find out whether it’s a boy or girl!

And that cute thing I was going to get on video?  Well, if you ask Ashley if she’s going to be a big sister, she will say “Yeah”.  And then if you ask her where the baby is, she will rub my belly.  It is so cute!  And since we have been talking to her about babies and being a big sister, every time she sees a baby out in public she gets all excited.  I’m not sure if she really makes the connection or not, but it sure is sweet!  I’m sure at some point during the pregnancy I’ll get a video of her rubbing my belly.  She just didn’t want to do it this weekend, when I actually had my camera ready.

So there you go.  Our family of three will soon be a family of four!
