Go Wolfpack!

We took Ashley to her first NC State football game last night!  They played Liberty and won – yippee!  It was the first game of the season, so there was lots of excitement around the stadium.  And it was a night game, which fit into our schedule nicely (Ashley had her full afternoon nap before we left for the game).  I was hoping Ashley would like it, but had no idea she would love it as much as she did!  It was so much fun watching her take it all in!  We got there early so it was neat to see the team practice and stretch before the game.  It also gave Ashley time to check out our surroundings before it got crowded.  We were second row from the field (AWESOME seats!) so we had an amazing view of the game.  But all Ashley wanted to do was cheer the crowd behind us.  She stood up in my lap 90% of the time, facing the people behind us, clapping and cheering to them.  It was so funny!  Everyone laughed and interacted with her.  The girls behind us taught her to do the Wolfpack hand sign.  I think she thought the whole stadium was clapping for her!  She would clap and dance anytime the band played (and by dancing I mean bouncing up and down in my lap; no wonder I’m so sore!).  And then she would want them to play again.  She also liked Mr. Wuf (she called him “wuf wuf”) and would point and search for him around the field.  Since we were close to the field, she got a good view of him.  We had so much fun and can’t wait to go again!  Oh, and did I mention she was the cutest little State fan there?  :)

SO glad she liked it as much as she did! You all look so great in your attire! Love the face tattoos too!!! How fun! Laughed so hard at the fact that Ashley kept looking at those behind her and cheering with them. I'm sure she thought they were all cheering for her. Love it! Can't wait to hear about your next game!
