Our friends Michelle and Sarah Jane invited us to their pool this week.  We were lucky enough to go on Tuesday and again today!  The cool thing about today was that since it was the first day of school here, we just about had the entire pool to ourselves!  There were a few other toddlers there but no big kids.  It was so nice!  On Tuesday, we hung out by the kiddie pool.  Ashley wasn’t so sure of it, but she did like playing with Sarah Jane.  She just didn’t want to get in the shallow pool by herself.  She’s used to my parents’ pool at the beach where she can jump in and swim.  So today we went to the big pool.  Sure enough, she loved it!  She would jump in to me and swim around.  Mainly she liked the jumping-in part!  We ordered Papa John’s pizza and had it delivered, so we ate lunch there.  After lunch, the girls enjoyed chasing each other through the grassy area.  And then we had one last dip in the pool before we left.  We were there for 4 hours!  It was a great summer day.  Thanks again for inviting us Michelle and Sarah Jane!
