Okay, so do you remember my post about the amazing deal on diapers you could get on Amazon?  Well, I’m here to rave some more about them!  No, not diapers.  Amazon.

You could call me addicted to Amazon.  I guess I am.  I find myself shopping there rather frequently.  If there is something I need/want, Amazon is the first place I go to.  Yes, I do look around to other sites or stores, but more often than not Amazon has the best deal.  Sometimes not, but most of the time they do.  In fact, I am rather disappointed in myself for NOT using Amazon on my 2 most recent purchases.  The retailer websites were slightly cheaper (because I found a discount code for 20% off and free shipping), so I bought through them.  Never again!  It took almost a week for the items to even ship from the warehouse, and I still haven’t gotten them yet.  I have gotten so spoiled with Amazon because they are so fast in their shipping (especially since I get free 2-day shipping).  I could kick myself for not ordering through Amazon this go around.

My latest love of Amazon is not only for their low prices and fast shipping, but for their customer service.  I bought an item a few weeks ago that I no longer need.  So I checked Amazon for their return policy.  They offer 30-day returns, no questions asked.  I went on their website, made a few clicks, and printed off a return UPS label that they provided.  Stuck it on old box I found around the house and took it to the UPS store.  Handed it over, and that was it.  No money exchanged; not a penny.  Easy peasy!  Not even 2 days later I received an email from Amazon saying they had gotten my package and a credit was put back on my credit card.  Now THAT ladies and gentlemen, is customer service.
