Sometimes it can be hard entertaining a toddler and trying to cook dinner at the same time.  Ashley is always in the kitchen with me going through the drawers and cabinets.  Pulling out anything and everything she can get her hands on.  And I just let her do it.  As long as she is entertaining herself safely, I really don’t care.  I just want to get dinner cooked and on the table as quickly as possible.

So last night as I was cooking dinner she was playing with the dishwasher.  Usually she just pulls the door down and pushes it back up, pulls the bottom rack out and back in.  Must be great exercise!  When I didn’t hear the rack rolling out anymore, I glanced over my shoulder and she was IN the dishwasher.  So I grabbed my camera and watched her climb in and out of the dishwasher.  She is such a character!  And notice what she has with her – her favorite thing – the remote control!
