My sister gave birth to Finley Maclaine Colchin this morning at 8:17 a.m.  She weighed in at 6 pounds even and 19 inches long.  She is so tiny!  It’s hard to imagine Ashley was once that small.

Finley has blonde peach fuzz hair atop her head and pretty red lips.  She has long tiny feet with itty bitty toes and fingers.  I’ve been told that she has greenish blue eyes but I haven’t been able to confirm that yet.  Her head is so small that her little hat keeps falling off.  And she looks JUST like Nathan.  I mean, a spittin’ image!  I just love it when little girls favor their Daddy! 

I am so proud to call her my niece and can’t wait for Ashley to be able to play with her cousin!  Such fun we are going to have!!  I still can’t believe that my “little” sister is a Mom though.  Geesh!
