I hit the jackpot! I finally found food that Ashley LOVES! She loves it so much she will take the spoon from me and feed herself. The first time I fed it to her, she grabbed the spoon (as I was holding it) and brought it to her mouth because I was apparently too slow. She would even grab it off the spoon and eat it. It made for quite a messy meal but I loved it! And she loved it! You know it’s good stuff when the food ends up all over the place…up her nose, in her hair, all over the high chair (and not just on the tray), and somehow it even ended up on me.
I was starting to wonder if I was ever going to find something she really enjoyed eating. She’s a good little eater and has eaten everything I fed her, but nothing that provoked such excitement as this. Mommy likes this food too, so it’s no wonder she likes it. But I had no idea she would like it this much!
